New Book from BDHS Publication

The BDHS has published a new book Snapshots of British Deaf Life in History. This has been edited by Peter Jackson, Richard Goulden and Melinda Napier and is available to order from our shop. It details events and occasions in Deaf history right up to the summer of 2021 and is a must for any student or person interested in the histories of Deaf people, their communities and culture.

We have also acquired from the estate of the late Ian Stewart a limited number of copies of The British Theatre of the Deaf 1963-1977. This book is also available from our shop.
