The BDHS’s Deaf Museum and Archive Curatorial Team has won a very prestigious award at the RAD’s 175th Birthday Celebrations at the Millenium Hotel in London on 11th February.
This award recognises their commitment and loyalty to preserving the history of Deaf culture and archives at the BDHS Museum at Warrington. Their dedication to enlightening visitors about Deaf History was also recognised. Our museum is the only one of its kind in the UK.
The Curatorial Team consists of Maureen Jackson and Janet Huntington.
Well done to the team!
